Prescription Ordering Update

As of 21st June 2021 prescription requests to Horden Group Practice will revert back to our normal process prior to Covid. You can order your medication the following ways:

    • Drop your order slip off at reception
    • Order your prescription online
    • Order your prescription via the NHS App

Telephone requests for prescriptions are still available between 9:30am and 12:00noon for registered housebound and elderly patients
